Requirements
- Respond to inbound leads and guide customers toward the right solutions
- Build trust with customers by asking the right questions and providing clear, confident recommendations
- Convert inquiries into sales through phone, email, and online communication
- Provide technical support and explain products in simple, practical terms
- Document all interactions and opportunities within CRM systems
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with fulfillment and operations teams
- Track performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
