Job Description
Join our newly opened Manufacturing Facility as an Operator - Day Shift. We offer a growth-based pay program, consistent hours, and a clean and organized environment. As an Operator, you'll measure and mix with precision, operate equipment, and champion safety and quality.
Requirements
- Ability to work in both cold and warm environments
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers
- Proficiency in using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to company values (Respect, Integrity, etc.)
- Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately
- Own or be willing to acquire steel toe boots
- Ability to read, speak and write English
