Job Description
We are seeking a Business Customer Care Representative to provide front-line support to internal and external customers in the Health Food Store channel, and manage customer relationships across various communication channels.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- One to two years of customer service experience
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Detail oriented
