Requirements

• Define and execute a multi-year IT roadmap aligned with Nature's Way strategic growth priorities
• Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, translating business strategy into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology investments that deliver measurable ROI and operational efficiency
• Lead major transformation initiatives, including system modernization, process automation, ERP transformation to S4 Hana and digital enablement
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and organizational scalability including staffing and recruitment to ensure the IT organization creates a pipeline of future leaders
