Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in a high performing biotechnology organization
• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role
• PhD in Bioinformatics or a related field
• Proven track record of leading many bioinformatics teams to success on complex projects
• Demonstrated experience partnering with scientists developing novel biochemical approaches or assays
• Fluency in statistical analysis skills, data processing and visualization approaches, programming languages and environments, biological experimental techniques, and ability to quickly acquire expertise in new topics
• Creative thinking, organization, communication, problem solving, and project management skills
