Navy ERP Program Manager

The Navy ERP Program Manager will lead and provide subject matter expertise in support of Navy ERP augmentation efforts for the DMAG and SMAG. The candidate will serve as the on-site program lead, directly managing Navy ERP system support activities, augmentation planning, and corrective action coordination while leveraging deep knowledge of Navy ERP (SAP) functionality and NWCF financial processes as they relate to DMAG and SMAG operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in DoD financial or supply management, Navy ERP consulting, or ERP augmentation support, with at least 3 years in a program or team lead capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in Navy ERP (SAP ECC or S/4HANA) functional support, particularly within DMAG and/or SMAG operational environments or comparable Navy Working Capital Fund depot maintenance and supply management accounting activities.
• Hands-on experience with Navy ERP at Tier 2 or Tier 3 support levels, with strong functional knowledge of processes and system configurations relevant to depot-level maintenance accounting and supply management operations.
