Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a travel advisor with experience in flight, train, and hotel bookings
• At least 3 years of experience with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo)
• Fluent German skills
• Very good English skills
• Experience in a contact center or customer-facing roles
• Safe handling of tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce
• Ability to multitask, quick solution to urgent matters, and independent work to troubleshoot
