Requirements
- Hire, onboard and ramp a team of 6-8 sales development representatives and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Design, deliver, and refine regular training and enablement workshops
- Drive a consistent and impactful operational cadence through weekly and monthly meetings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, and Enablement
- Continuously assess, refine, and optimize SDR processes and strategies
- Act as a strategic partner to sales leadership
