We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT System Engineer to join our Digital Services team. In this role, you will act as the primary technical advisor and main point of contact for customers, combining senior system integration expertise with service management responsibilities.
Requirements
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex issues
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems across systems, networking, cybersecurity, and vessel ICT environments
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure smooth communication
- Evaluate customer feedback and support continuous service improvement
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective service execution
- Conduct audits of systems, services, and inventory
- Research new technologies and propose improvements
- Supervise system updates, patches, and security controls
- Manage planned and unplanned system activities
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications
- Coordinate project executions with SysAdmin team
- Oversee data protection processes and ensure adherence to best practices
- Follow ITIL-aligned practices for IT support operations
- Track service metrics, audit tickets, and ensure SLA compliance
