Technical Support Engineer

Navarino is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will provide technical service-related support to customers, monitor the smooth operation of products, and work on a 24/7 shift schedule.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent
• Good understanding of OSI Layer, TCP/IP networking and firewall
• Good understanding in networking products and technology such as routing and switching
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Linux basic user knowledge
