The Senior Vice President, Value-Based Care Operations serves as a senior leader responsible for shaping, integrating, and advancing value-based care market performance and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related business graduate degree)
- 12-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, with executive-level experience in value-based care strategy and population health management.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex VBC contracts.
- Strong leadership with ability to drive strategic and operational excellence.
- Drive change and performance through collaboration and influence leadership.
- Deep expertise in VBC models, population health, care coordination workflows, and healthcare economics.
