Senior Site Engineer

The Senior Site Engineer at Nawy Real Estate will take a lead role in supervising construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the project specifications and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in site engineering or construction management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Extensive knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in project management and engineering software.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to effectively manage teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
