Requirements

• Strong background in commercial construction and quantity surveying, including pre-construction services and quantity surveying
• Proven experience with estimating software
• Exceptional time management skills
• Excellent negotiation abilities and a talent for building business relationships
• The ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels
• Leadership skills to motivate and develop team members to reach their potential
• A team-oriented mindset, taking personal ownership and responsibility for results
