We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Central Otago team and provide leadership across a variety of projects. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 10 years' experience with a proven track record of delivering large scale profitable projects.
Requirements
- New Zealand main contractor experience
- Proven track record of delivering large scale profitable projects
- Excellent analytical skills to understand and interpret complex technical specifications, drawings and documents and formulate work programmes from them
- Leadership and management skills to lead, manage and motivate effective project teams and sub-contractors
- Ability to take ownership of outcomes for assigned projects and ensure that the projects are delivered safely and successfully
