Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager drives sales performance, market expansion, and strategic growth objectives for the Textile Business Unit within the West region. This role provides leadership to inside and outside sales teams, establishes measurable sales objectives, and ensures alignment with company-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- Lead, coach, and develop inside and outside sales teams
- Establish and communicate sales objectives, policies, and performance expectations
- Travel throughout the territory to support customer engagement, product support, and sales activities
- Develop the annual sales forecast for assigned accounts
