Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship with our distribution partners, direct accounts, and end users. The successful candidate will achieve all annual sales and performance goals, report to and work with the Regional Sales Director to accomplish the goals set forth in the region's annual business plan. Territory is Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education
• A Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial sales or in a related industry
• Direct sales experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and ability to demonstrate initiative
• Maturity as a business professional and business acumen
• Strong selling skills and end-user account management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in the use of MC Office Suite applications
• Effective time and territory management skills
• Solid problem-solving skills and ability to perform gap analyses
• Willingness to travel overnight and transport company products for demonstrations
