Job Description
NBBJ is seeking a Science Market Leader to build and grow their California science practice. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and managing sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and collaborative leader, experienced in science project planning and a strong communicator.
Requirements
- Expert in Science design
- Proven ability to build business and deliver complex Science projects
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Results-oriented with proactive analysis
- Strong relationships with Science clients
- LEED or similar professional certification encouraged
- 15+ years of experience in the design profession
