Job Description
NBBJ is seeking a Senior Healthcare Project Manager to lead complex Healthcare projects and contribute to the creation of sustainable and healthy buildings. This role requires strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills, along with the ability to work independently and manage team dynamics. The company values a collaborative culture and a commitment to high-performance outcomes.
Requirements
- 20+ years of professional experience in Architecture
- At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience with complex multi-phase healthcare projects
- Bachelor's degree; B Arch or M Arch desired
- Architectural licensure is preferred
- LEED Accreditation or within 18 months of hire
- Adept in change management
- Proven track record as a Project Manager
- Excellent leadership, verbal and communication skills
- Effective client relationship skills
- Knowledge of Revit and BIM delivery implications
- Working expertise in Bluebeam Revu, PowerPoint, Excel, and Smartsheet
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Working in a collaborative, design focused open environment
- Ability to travel
