Coordinator, Communications

The Coordinator, Communications will handle administrative duties and assist in supporting three Communications Executives. The role is responsible for answering telephones, performing administrative duties, maintaining press contact databases, and supporting Communications team on series campaigns. The Coordinator will also assist with talent relations needs and maintain confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents.

Requirements

• 1+ year of public relations experience, including internships
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Bachelor's degree (desired)
