Job Description
NBCUniversal is looking for a freelance full-time staff broadcast motion graphics designer to join its rapidly growing portfolio of live sports properties and studio shows. The successful candidate will have a strong handle on After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D, and will be responsible for creating graphic and animated elements, including in-game insert and interstitial graphics, show packages, opens, and titles.
Requirements
- College graduate with degree in graphic design or fine arts
- Minimum 5 years experience working at a network or broadcast design agency
- Understanding of the implementation of design elements in network television and live sports environments a must
- Passion for show packaging and knowledge of current trends in graphic design
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Extensive knowledge of Maxon Cinema 4D, including modeling, texturing, lighting, animating, use of dynamics, MoGraph, render optimization, Red Shift, etc.
