Manager, Category Management - Food, Beauty & Care (Licensing)

NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager, Category Management for the Food, Beauty & Care business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing assigned categories, driving the overall category strategy, and managing key licensee relationships. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience in Beauty & Care and licensed consumables, a strong understanding of brand and property positioning, and excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Requirements

• Negotiate and secure deals through contract
• Identify opportunities and fill gaps by product category and related sub-categories
• Collaborate on retail initiatives and marketing for current film releases and library properties
• Partner with Retail Development, Product Design Development, and Franchise to ensure brand strategy alignment
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, competitors, business opportunities, threats, and dynamics
