Job Description
The Senior Director, Finance and Operations will lead a critical distribution finance system transition, manage deliverables, and oversee management and forecasting of contractual partner payments. They will also provide subject matter expertise, lead skills development initiatives, and collaborate on enhancements to business processes and tools.
Requirements
- 4-year degree in finance, accounting or related field
- 10+ years of media distribution focused finance operations or accounting roles
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead projects, track and communicate status, and meet deadlines
- Process mindset, experience designing and implementing mistake-proof processes
- Proactive, adaptable leader, with excellent follow up and execution skills
