Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year's administrative support experience
- General knowledge of mortgage terminology, documentation, and procedures
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong detail orientation
- Ability to organize and prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong math skills
