Direct Support Professional

This position involves working with individuals with developmental disabilities in residential settings near Cleveland, Ohio. The DSP will teach skills, provide in-home treatment, and act as a mentor. Hourly raises are awarded after one year of employment for long-term employees, and new employees receive them with DD or related experience. This role requires compassion, a strong work ethic, and a desire to make a positive change.

Requirements
