Job Description
The Flexographic Press Operator is responsible for keeping the press up and running, performing make-ready functions, and following job tickets. The role involves pressing wash-up and clean-up procedures, press maintenance, and maintaining a clean and organized production floor.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a pressman
- Preferred knowledge of four-color process work
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to understand and follow directions as given
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively with a team
- Ability to lift 50lb
- Ability to use hand pallet jack
- Ability to communicate and interact with all levels of employees within the organization
