Nclusion is seeking an experienced Product Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. In this pivotal role, you will enable responsible product development and innovation.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally with exposure to financial services or fintech.
- Strong experience advising on legal and regulatory issues tied to product development in regulated industries (financial services preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with product and engineering teams, translating legal requirements into practical guidance and clear decision frameworks.
