Software Engineer - Trust & Safety

Nclusion is a fintech company that provides traditional financial services to 1.5 billion people worldwide. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help lead the design and development of our Trust & Safety systems, protecting our customers and financial platform from fraud, abuse, and regulatory risk.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong backend engineering experience
• Proven experience designing and operating distributed systems at scale
• Solid knowledge of data storage, streaming, and processing systems
• Experience building reliable APIs and services with strong observability and operational excellence
• Ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces and balance fraud risk, compliance needs, and user experience
