Customer Engineer

The Customer Engineer will repair, maintain, and install NCR VOYIX equipment in the Lombardy region to ensure continuous service and high customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• Technical high school diploma or equivalent
• Type B driving license
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems
• Knowledge of Ghost procedures
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly acquire new skills
• Availability to work flexible hours
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical parts
• Experience in maintaining computer hardware and software
• Knowledge of the territory
• Ability to work towards objectives and deadlines
• Proactivity
• Willingness to start work immediately or within a maximum of 30 days
