Job Description
The Customer Engineer will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and installing equipment in the Lombardy region to ensure continuity of service and customer satisfaction. They will work autonomously, prioritize customer satisfaction, and be able to troubleshoot issues quickly.
Requirements
- Technical high school diploma (ITI Informatica-Elettronica) or equivalent
- Knowledge of electronics/electrotechnics and basic data networks
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office 365 suite
- Category B driving license
- Basic knowledge of English language
