Help desk Representative position requires acting as a single point of contact for NCR Atleos customers with Incident Management Services, handling high volumes of customer calls, and resolving problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Bilingual (English/French)
• Aptitude for providing positive customer service and good communication skills
