The Americas Sales Engineering Team is looking for a Sales Engineering Manager who is interested in leading and growing our Mid-West and South-East Food Drug Mass-Merchandise and Department and Specialty Store retail market.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a people manager
- 3+ years of experience in Retail Industry
- Proven ability to lead complex sales cycles, build relationships with C-level executives, and negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness to travel frequently in the defined region for both client and industry events
