Job Description
At NCS Australia, we are looking for a Dynamics CE and Power Platform Solutions Architect – Pre-Sales to join our team. As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in pre-sales and Go to Market activities, working closely with clients to understand their business needs to craft compelling proposals that deliver business value.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CE and Power Platform, including AI, with a focus on delivering modern and scalable solutions.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Contact Center and Omnichannel solutions.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding in other Microsoft capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a strategic mindset.
