We are seeking a Microsoft Business Central Sales/Presales Lead to join our Microsoft Business Unit in Australia, with a strong focus on AI-led transformation. The role will involve driving ERP-centric transformation outcomes across mid-market and enterprise customers, working as a trusted advisor to senior business and finance leaders, and collaborating with Account Executives to co-own account strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record in leading high-value sales cycles centered on Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Practical experience in articulating the value of Microsoft Copilot and Applied AI within an ERP context
- Extensive experience acting as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, and senior business leaders
- Demonstrated success working within the Microsoft Partner ecosystem
- Strong conceptual understanding of how Power Platform (Power BI, Apps, and Automate) and Azure Data services wrap around Business Central
- Experience in 'origination-led' sales—shaping opportunities from early-stage discovery and workshops through to complex RFP responses and deal closure
- Ability to partner effectively with Account Executives and Delivery Teams to co-develop long-term account plans
- Deep understanding of the Australian market landscape, specifically the challenges faced by mid-market and enterprise organizations during legacy ERP migrations
