Job Description
NCS Australia is seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer (Automation) to join a high-impact AI and Virtual Agent transformation program project. The role focuses on ensuring quality across LLM-based and NLU-based AI systems, driving automation, and validating complex integrations across voice and messaging platforms.
Requirements
- Strong experience in test automation and framework development
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Hands-on experience in API and integration testing
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins or Bamboo, Postman or similar tools
