Job Description
Finance Controlling Manager responsible for management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with ownership of accounting activities and financial consolidation.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Swiss CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent professional qualification
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in auditing, controlling, financial planning & analysis or comparable finance role
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP (Abacus is preferred), consolidation systems, Power BI
- Strong written and oral communication skills in German (C1/native) and English (C1)
- High integrity, discretion, and ownership mentality
