Systems Engineer

Near Earth Autonomy is seeking a Systems Engineer to contribute to the development of aviation autonomy systems, focusing on requirements development, validation, and verification, as well as system and software architecture definition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or another relevant engineering field
• 5+ years of industry experience participating in at least one complete project cycle, including definition, development, deployment, and verification
• Direct experience with software requirements and verification
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to assess tasks and apply appropriate processes, tools, and levels of formality and to adapt to changes in course
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
