Job Description
We are building a talent pool of Legal & Administrative professionals who can support companies with compliance, documentation, contract management, and operational administration.
Requirements
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Support corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory filings.
- Maintain accurate records of legal and administrative documents.
- Coordinate with external counsel, government entities, and regulatory agencies.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
