Recruiter

We're hiring a Recruiter to support our growing pipeline, sourcing and interviewing candidates to build and maintain our talent pool. As a Recruiter, you'll work directly with the founder and senior recruiters, taking ownership early and growing with us in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Source and screen candidates for roles across tech, sales, and operations
• Conduct initial candidate interviews in Spanish and English
• Manage scheduling, communication, and interview coordination
• Support headhunting and outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms
• Keep candidate pipelines organized in our ATS
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
