Job Description
Seeking a skilled Senior Customer Success Manager with strong enterprise SaaS and fintech experience to manage strategic customer relationships, drive renewals and expansion opportunities, and ensure long-term value realization for enterprise clients.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting within B2B SaaS environments.
- 5+ years managing enterprise-level accounts ($200K+ ARR) with a proven track record of achieving renewal and expansion targets.
- Strong experience conducting commercial conversations, including renewals, upsells, and multi-year contract negotiations.
