Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Staff Software Engineer with strong backend architecture expertise and startup experience to join our growing team. You will play a key role in building and scaling core systems powering complex financial workflows across backend services, APIs, and frontend applications.
Requirements
- Build and ship end-to-end product features across backend systems, APIs, and frontend applications
- Design and scale distributed backend architecture supporting high-volume financial workflows
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to deliver impactful customer-facing solutions
- Translate ambiguous business problems into practical, scalable engineering solutions
- Make sound technical tradeoffs between speed, maintainability, and long-term scalability
- Contribute hands-on across the stack, including backend services, data workflows, APIs, and frontend features
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve iteration speed, engineering efficiency, and delivery quality
