Job Description
Nearshore Cyber has been retained to identify a Founding COO for a high-growth technology venture operating in stealth mode. The company is building a platform to solve the "Trust Gap" in the global cybersecurity labor market.
Requirements
- Operational Architecture: Design the workflows for high-volume skill verification.
- Integrity & Standards: Oversee the implementation of rigorous assessment protocols (aiming for ISO-17024 compliance) to prevent fraud and ensure data defensibility.
- Business Operations: Manage the legal, financial, and administrative complexities of a cross-border business entity (US/LATAM/APAC).
