HR Technology Strategy Consultant

NearSource is looking for an HR Technology Strategy Consultant to support People & Places leadership in shaping the long-term HR technology ecosystem.

Requirements

• Analyze and document the current People technology landscape
• Drive system-level analysis and capability mapping
• Partner with People & Places leadership to develop a multi-year HR technology strategy and roadmap
• Define capability-based frameworks for HR platform decisions
• Identify system fragmentation, redundancy, governance gaps, and opportunities for consolidation or strategic differentiation
• Produce executive-ready artifacts, including ecosystem maps, strategic roadmaps, and decision frameworks
• Translate People strategy and leadership priorities into clear technology implications and strategic trade-offs
