Administrative Specialist - Customer Pick Up

Nebraska Furniture Mart is hiring an Administrative Specialist - Customer Pick Up to assist customers with processing NFM pick-up orders. The role involves greeting customers, collecting information, and resolving problems face-to-face.

Requirements

• Positive, upbeat attitude
• High school diploma or GED
• 3-6 months customer contact/clerical or office related experience
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
• Computer skills and ability to use MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
