Requirements
- Assist investigators in making stops, detentions and apprehensions.
- Stop, apprehend and detain shoplifters and write incident reports for criminal activity.
- Monitor track retail, warehouse and parking areas via closed circuit TV system and report information to the appropriate staff.
- Surveil staff for internal theft and policy violations, which are to be reported to Human Resources.
- Work with the display team to secure vulnerable merchandise.
- Keep a computerized journal of daily activities and conduct safety checks to audit compliance with security policies.
