Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Lead is responsible for completing larger scale projects, coordinating repairs and maintenance of NHS fleet of vehicles, and ensuring NHS facilities are kept in safe and acceptable condition.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Previous facilities maintenance experience (2 years desired)
- Ability to exercise good judgment
- Affection for animals, concern for their welfare
- Must possess maturity, good judgment and professional manner and personal appearance
- Must be considerate, respectful and display a helpful demeanor to all employees, volunteers and customers
