Job Description
Join our Innovation Design Unit as a certified nursing assistant and be at the forefront of nursing innovation. Engage in meaningful projects, pilots, and processes aimed at achieving optimal patient outcomes AND enhancing colleague well-being.
Requirements
- Perform delegated patient activities as assigned by licensed nursing personnel for the achievement of patient's plan of care.
- Have a minimum of 18 years of age, high school education or equivalent, and six months experience in patient care.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills, basic life support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire, and basic knowledge of medical terminology.
