Requirements
- Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited Doctor of Pharmacy degree program
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Nebraska or jurisdiction in which pharmacy practice is conducted
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
