Job Description
The Clinical Dietitian provides medical nutrition therapy in compliance with current Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), Standards of Practice (SOP), and Standards of Professional Performance (SOPP).
Requirements
- Conducts nutrition assessment in the five domains of nutrition assessment
- Devises specific nutrition strategies/plans of care and creates nutrition prescriptions
- Implements and clearly communicates nutrition plans of care with interdisciplinary team
- Monitors and evaluates indicators and outcomes directly related to nutrition diagnoses
