Job Description
The Lead Phlebotomist is responsible for assisting team members within the phlebotomy department, performing duties of Phlebotomist I, II, III, and IV, and assisting in the daily workload by performing assigned tasks. The role requires strong attention to detail, routine projects and assignments/participation, and teaching and mentoring students and new employees.
