Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License, valid compact multistate license or temporary permit while awaiting licensure
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) strongly preferred at time of hire, required within 3 months of hire
- Phlebotomy experience
- Previous Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/medical experience
